Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

For purchases made through our webshop, consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, clean, and complete.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Products that are visibly used, assembled, washed, soiled, damaged, or incomplete may be refused or only partially credited.
  • For hygienic and health reasons, products that have had direct contact with the body, such as bedding, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, and similar sleeping products, can only be returned if the seal or protective packaging remains unopened and intact, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transport damage.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or specially ordered products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

Return Procedure

Return requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service within the statutory withdrawal period. Upon approval, the customer will receive return instructions.

Returns without prior notification or without a return reference may be refused.

The consumer bears the direct costs of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Inspection and Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, it will be assessed whether the return conditions have been met.

If the product meets the stated conditions, the purchase amount of the returned item will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original payment. We reserve the right to suspend the refund until the product has been received and inspected in good order.

If there is a depreciation in value due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

Damages and Complaints

Any transport damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photos. Failing this, it will be assumed that the product was delivered in good condition.

Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • the return conditions are not met;
  • the return period has expired;
  • the product shows signs of use, damage, or contamination;
  • the product is not adequately packaged for return transport.
